Hot off the Press (17)!!!

How are you all doing this week? I am doing well, finishing up the final projects for my last two classes and reading. Last week was a crazy week at work and because I know what's coming this week, I can say that it's not getting any better. But, I've got some great things in store book-wise, so  really I'm good with everything else.
Here's what I got:

For review:
Katniss the Cattail: An Unauthorized Guide to names and symbols in Suzanne Collins’ The Hunger Games by Valerie Estelle Frankel

Books Purchased:
Cape Storm by Rachel Caine
Full Dark No Stars by Stephen King
Divergent by Veronica Roth
Business Stripped Bare by Richard Branson
Entreleadership By Dave Ramey
Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller
Immanuel’s Veins by Ted Dekker
Library Haul:
The Children of Hurin by J.R.R. Tolkien
Drift by Sharon Carter Rogers
Currently Reading:
Illusion by Frank Peretti

Yeah I went a little crazy in the book department this week. But it’s in celebration of finishing my degree. I will have a lot of time on my hands while I start preparing for my next adventure (I think I know what that will be now, but want to really think about it and set up a plan.  I have also thought about things to do to improve my blog, one is getting rid of the monthly themes.  It’s a good idea for some, but I have a whole stack (ok more like tower) of books that I am working my way through. So I want to catch up on that before I do much of anything else.  So, what did you get this week? Please share in the comment section!!

Always Shine, Starr K

  1. Well that is worth celebrating indeed, and what better way than bookish indulgences!?

    1. I thought that would be the best way, especially school took so much time away from my fun-reading.
